Jennifer Itzkowitz joined the Seton Hall faculty after earning a Ph.D. in Finance from the University of Florida. She was named the 2017 University Researcher of the Year and 2020 University Teacher of the Year. At Seton Hall, she teaches Introduction to Business Finance, Advanced Corporate Finance, Financial Strategy, and Behavioral Finance.

Her research examines contemporary problems in behavioral finance, corporate finance, banking, and gender-related issues in finance. Professor Itzkowitz's work has been published in the Journal of Corporate Finance, the Review of Finance, the Journal of Behavioral Finance, and The Research Handbook on International Banking and Governance. Her research has also been presented at conferences around the world. Additionally, her work has been written about and discussed in the popular press including the Wall Street Journal, MarketWatch, USA Today, NPR, and CNBC's Squawk Box. As a consultant, she presents behavioral finance theories to industry professionals and translates her research findings into implementable tools moving her ideas successfully from theory into practice.
