Colonel Rob Cerjan is on active duty in the United States Army and a combat veteran with multiple tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. He currently is an adjunct professor for the M.A. in Strategic Communications and for the Strategic Communication and Leadership Programs. He has extensive experience in military leadership, the Middle East and in counter-terrorism operations. A former Infantry Battalion Commander, he has 25 years of experience at the tactical, operational and strategic levels both nationally and internationally. He is a former Chief of Leadership for the U.S. Army Infantry School where he co-wrote the Army primer on Warrior Ethos and helped to develop the Army’s current leadership manual. He holds a master’s degree in Strategic Communication and Leadership from Seton Hall University and a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Norwich University. He is currently assigned to the U.S. Special Operations Command where in coordinates all Special Forces support for the Middle East, Asia and the Pacific Rim. He resides with his wife, son and daughter in Tampa, Florida.
