The annual winter IT maintenance period takes place over winter break. Maintenance will begin on Wednesday, December 26, 2012 at 8:45 a.m. and will end Sunday, January 13, 2013 at 7 a.m.
University IT Services will make their best effort to alert the community before a system is taken off line for maintenance. However, during this period IT systems may be off line for maintenance unexpectedly and with little advance warning.
The current maintenance schedule affecting system access is as follows:
||Banner and the PirateNet Portal
Access to the PirateNet portal and all Banner systems will be affected.
Access to the Cognos Reports Server will be affected.
||Microsoft Exchange Email
Outages are not expected while maintenance is being performed, but access may be intermittent. During this time period, using Webmail, you may need to log in twice. However, once the maintenance has been completed, this will no longer be necessary. Outlook users will need to close and re-open Outlook after the maintenance.
||Prospective Student Portal
The Prospective Student Portal will be unavailable during this maintenance period.
||Library Book Catalogue (Voyager)
SetonCat will be unavailable.
