Downloads and Patches
PC Support Services

Software downloads and patches are available to the Seton Hall community.  Customers are able to obtain downloads and patches on-line or through services offered by PC Support Services.
 
To obtain downloads and patches on-line, log into MyWeb@shu.edu.  Click on the Tech@SHU tab.  Locate the SHU Downloads feature and click on the link labeled Available Downloads.  You will be directed to a web page with a complete list of downloads and patches currently available as well as some suggested downloads which you may be interested in.  Click on the software or patch that you want to install.  You will be directed to a site that will guide you through the installation.
 
If you are a laptop or tablet customer and you would like assistance installing a download or patch, bring your laptop and SHU ID card to the Laptop Consultation Area located on the first floor of Corrigan Hall.  A PCSS STA or Technician will assist you with the installation.
 
If you are a desktop customer and you would like assistance installing a download or patch, contact the Technology Help Desk at 973-275-2222.  A help desk specialist will walk you though the installation or will open a help desk ticket to have a PCSS field technician schedule an office visit to assist with the installation.
