Business hours are for all IT offices, University IT services and TLT center offices in in Corrigan Hall and the lower level of Walsh Library, with the following exceptions:
- Phone support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

- Classroom and Event Support hours:
8 a.m. - 10:45 p.m., Monday-Friday
8 a.m. - 4 p.m., Saturday and Sunday
- Laptop Consultation Area hours:
8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday-Friday. Last customer is taken at 4:30 p.m.

Please note: DoIT also has scheduled weekly down time when maintenance is performed on all of the core systems. The scheduled maintenance window is Sundays starting at 12 a.m. and ending at 8 a.m.
