Maintenance Schedule
University IT Services has established set maintenance times for all IT systems. These times are:
- every Sunday morning from 12:01 a.m. through 7 a.m.,
- every winter during the week between Christmas and New Year's and,
- every summer between the end of the last summer session and start of Law School orientation.

The removal of courses from Blackboard is necessary to maintain database size to ensure performance objectives are maintained. Courses older than 4 semesters will be removed from the server. Notification is provided to allow faculty time to back up course content to local devices prior to deletion.
