The Office of Leadership Development seeks to coordinate a variety of leadership experiences for all Seton Hall students. Our goal is to create and develop leadership training through a workshop series offered in the fall semester, a Student Leadership Conference offered in the spring, a leadership certificate program and an opportunity for students to apply and participate in a national leadership honor society, Omicron Delta Kappa.
There are also many leadership opportunities for students to participate in such as Student Government, Fraternities and Sororities, and a many different student clubs and organizations. Through these diverse activities, students will have the opportunity to learn from each other as well as from administrators and faculty from across campus. We strive to present a comprehensive campus life leadership program that facilitates social, educational, spiritual, cultural and ethical development. This year round programming effort is called the Seton Hall Leadership Institute (SHLI).
