Physical Fitness Test

 PUSHUPS  ROPE CLIMB  RUNNING

The APFT is a three-event physical performance test used to assess endurance. It is a simple way to measure a soldier's ability to move his or her body by using a few major muscle groups and the cardio-respiratory system.  ROTC conducts the APFT once a month to assess Cadet's fitness level and track improvement.  Use the resources below to prepare yourself physically for the challenges that await you.
