William R. Ferrone has served as the Executive Director of Internal Audit at Seton Hall University since 2008. Previously, he was an independent consultant dealing with process improvements and risk identification and assessment in the profit, non-profit, and educational sectors. Most recently, he established the Internal Audit Department at Mercy College and served as the department Director. Mr. Ferrone graduated from the University of Dayton with a degree in Finance. He served in the U.S. Army, retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel.
Mike Garcia became the Manager of Internal Audit at Seton Hall University in 2001. He joined the University in 1992 as the Director of Special Budgets and became the Budget Director in 1997. Mr. Garcia is a graduate of Seton Hall University and is a member of the NJSCPA and ACUA.
