Department of Human Resources

As a university, it is our mission to educate.  So too, the employees of Seton Hall University must seek out and be provided with life-long learning opportunities  - ones that will enhance individual performance.  Seton Hall University employees are encouraged to take an active role in their own personal and professional development and are invited to participate in a variety of educational opportunities and learning forums available to them.

Employees may choose to attend University-sponsored lectures where guest speakers share their expertise with our community of learners. Our generous tuition benefits also provide employees with additional opportunities to learn by taking classes, earning certificates or completing undergraduate or graduate degrees here at Seton Hall University.

Serving our supervisory administrative professionals, our non-supervisory administrators and our secretarial and support staff, among others, T&OD designs and delivers a variety of classroom-based, facilitator-led training programs and information sessions as well as creates learning resources that contribute to increased knowledge, improved performance, and enhanced personal and professional development.
