• Review benefit plan options:

Enroll in or change medical plans

Enroll in or change dental plans

Add or remove eligible family members (dependents) from the plans.

Enroll in a flexible spending plan

Select the Medical Waiver option.

• Log into Banner Self Service to enroll/make changes.
