Employee and Labor Relations is committed to administering the University's policies and procedures regarding workplace issues, including disciplinary actions and grievance procedures, in a fair, equitable and consistent manner. We enable employees and managers to work together cooperatively and, when necessary, we will serve as an intermediary to avert and/or resolve issues between management and staff and/or union representatives.
We provide consultation and support services regarding:
- HR policy development and interpretation
- Negotiation and administration of collective bargaining agreements
- Employee recognition
- New employee orientation
