Seton Hall University offers a comprehensive benefits program to all eligible faculty members who work at least 25 hours per week, on a part time basis, or 35 hours per week on a full time basis.

Faculty members are eligible to enroll in the various plans on the first of the month following 30 days of employment, within 31 days of a qualified life event, or annually during the open enrollment period.
