The following projects are proposed for the summer of 2009. This is not an approved list of projects, just a recommended list at this time. 

• Provide secondary containment for two emergency generators
  (WSOU and library)
• Replace the roof over the Xavier Hall tower and repoint masonry
  
• Replace two flat roofs at the Ring Building
  
• Replace the roof of the patio east of the main lounge
• Replace the roof over the mechanical room in the University Center
• Repair the roof top mechanical units on both Nursing and Arts and Sciences Hall
