Individual & Group Therapy

Two People All students, including undergraduate, graduate, law, and seminary students, are eligible for direct services. Direct services include a maximum of 12 sessions of individual counseling and unlimited group counseling. More »

 

Yoga on the Green

YogaAll SHU students are invited to participate in Yoga at CAPS weekly throughout the academic semesters at 4 pm on Fridays. Learn more »

 
 

What's Up, Doc?

"What’s Up Doc?” is Counseling and Psychological Services’ online video Q and A forum where we answer your questions regarding mental health and wellness.  If you have a suggestion for a video, email it to caps@shu.edu

 
 

Outreach Programming
