Seton Hall University is a diverse campus. Our NCBI chapter leads a 3 hour introductory program on diversity and inclusiveness for our incoming freshmen class. The Welcome Week program is provided simultaneously to over 1200 incoming freshmen every year. The program is lead by members of the Seton Hall community that have completed the Train the Trainer program. NCBI is committed to; a caring, unified and diverse community, building connection, eliminating prejudice and oppression. The Welcome Week NCBI program is the first step into achieving these goals.
