The Career Center wants to assist alumni who are in need of individualized career coaching. Alumni can meet with a qualified career professional who can provide guidance to address where you are in your career management, which can include: an exploration of your interests, motivations, skills, and personality factors as you consider a career change; a review career goals, a resume critique, a discussion on career strategies, and a review on career assessments. For those alumni who are interested in all of these services and more, we offer a Comprehensive Career Assessment Package.
First year alumni have unlimited free access to all Career Center programs, including career fairs and on-campus interviewing
for one calendar year from the date of graduation.
First-year alumni are not eligible for Seton Hall University-sponsored internships.
Individual Career Coaching Session All career sessions are customized to your unique career needs and can include: career intake, career coaching, interview coaching, a review of career goals, and strategies to approach a job search, etc.

Comprehensive Career Assessment PackageThis package offers several career assessments and feedback tools for transitioning alumni and includes four (4) individualized sessions with a career professional covering initial career intake and the following career assessment tools.

- Access to FOCUS-2 career assessment and consultation with career professional on results
