To recruit for any part-time job, internship or professional opportunity, we ask all employers to register an account with our eRecruiting system. If you already have an account, you can simply login to manage your employment opportunities. Additional instructions follow for all new employers seeking to recruit students and alumni.


Post an internship
Seton Hall University's Internship Program serves as a viable and highly utilized recruiting vehicle for employers. The Career Center prepares students for the internship experience and serves as the liaison between the University and the employer.  We’re proud of the partnerships that we have established with employer organizations to offer high quality experiences for our students.  Employers value their connection to The Career Center and the University. 

Step 1:  If you do not have an eRecruiting account and haven’t reviewed our Internship Partnership Guidelines please do so and submit electronic form. 
Step 2: Create an eRecruiting account.
Step 3: A representative from The Career Center will contact you within two business days.

Post a Professional Opportunity
Posting your professional opportunities (jobs with 0 to 20+ years of experience) in eRecruiting gives you instant access, free of charge, to new grads and experienced Seton Hall alumni. 

Step 1: Review our Professional Standards and Practices. Create your account in eRecruiting.  Upon registering an account, The Career Center will respond on next steps via e-mail.

Third Party Recruiters
Third Party Recruiters (staffing agencies) are welcome to post within our guidelines.
