Getting into the holiday spirit, the SEA Pirates - the Student
Education Association here at Seton Hall, hosted their annual party for
children at the Sacred Heart School in Newark. Volunteers and the
youngsters played games together, made decorations and enjoyed a
holiday feast during the afternoon party. Santa made a special
appearance, and even stayed long enough to join the students for some
freeze dancing.
Taking part in the fun were College of Education and Human Services
students, Sloane Miller, Jaime Gaughan, Antonio Totino, Jessica Fuller,
Mark Bitar, Samantha Western, Juliana Newman, Christine Digeronimo,
Giovanna Riggi.
The SEA Pirates, is a lively club that funds an endowed scholarship and
participates in social and service activities such as an annual Back to
School Fashion Show, sports tournaments and Christmas and Easter
parties at local schools. The group also provides funding for the
Special Olympics; and gives presentations to future students and other
groups.
