Introducing the Sophomore Center
Seton Hall University has been nationally recognized for the support and assistance we give to our freshmen. In the interest of extending the good work we do beyond the first year, the Division of Student Services is introducing our new Sophomore Center. Located in Mooney Hall (room 14), The Sophomore Center provides students with support and guidance throughout their second year at Seton Hall.
Sophomore year is a time for students to focus on academics, to plan ahead, and to continue to stay involved on campus. With events both social and academic in nature, the Sophomore Center offers a community in which students can reach their fullest potential. The Sophomore Center is sponsoring activities and workshops. It is dedicated to helping students succeed and to preparing them for their future by connecting them to on-campus resources, such as the Academic Resource Center and the Career Center. Our sophomore adviser will make sure all second-year students connect with their faculty advisor and will advise students who have yet to declare their major. The Sophomore Center will also serve as a clearinghouse for questions posed by our second-year students. Our e-mail address is firstname.lastname@example.org.
Students who are starting their second year at the Hall are invited to visit the Sophomore Center and get acquainted with our new services.
