Save the dateThe Alberto Italian Studies Institute is pleased to announce its cultural program for the Spring Semester, which includes the following events:

Tuesday February 11: A Lecture by Prof. Alan Perry (Gettysburg College) on "Pippo, An Italian Folkore Mystery of WWII." The event is co-sponsored with the Department of Communication and the Arts

Tuesday February 25: A Lecture by Prof. Fabio Finotti (University of Pennsylvania) on "Venice: Reality and Imagination."

Monday March 3: Film Screening:"Ius Solis, The Law of the Land," introduced and Q&A by director Fred Kuwornu.

Monday March 25: Lecture by Natalia Quintavalle, Consul General of Italy in NY, on "Italy's Presidency of the EU in 2014."

Tuesday April 15: Lecture by Prof. John Foot (Bristol University) on "Italian Soccer."
