Weight Watchers Program On-Campus

Weight Watchers At Work Meetings are designed to fit your weight-lost goals within your busy schedule. The Program consist of weekly meetings held at lunchtime.

The Weight Watchers At Work Program provides:

  • Guidance from an experienced leader who has lost weight with Weight Watchers
  • Weekly meetings that fit into your busy workday
  • Group support with co-workers who understand our workplace environment best
  • Each weigh-in is strictly confidential
  • Weight Watchers eTools, the Internet weight-loss companion to meetings. People who attend the meetings and use the eTools lose 50% more than those who just attend meetings.
