Business Communications CertificateContinuing Education and Professional Studies (CEPS) is pleased to announce a new certificate program in Business Communications. In a 2012 survey conducted by Maguire Associates, Inc., employers reported that employees and job applicants lacked the basic written and oral communication skills that they needed to be successful in the workplace. This Fall, professionals have the opportunity to improve their skills by enrolling in the CEPS’ Certificate in Business Communications.

Complete any three of the following workshops to earn the certificate:

  • Business Etiquette for Professionals
  • Public Speaking for Meetings and Presentations 
  • Strategic Leadership & Influencing 
  • Grammar Workshop for Professionals 
  • Business & Professional Writing
