What motivated you to follow your passion and change your career?

I was motivated to change careers because of my desire to live life to the fullest. I always had a love for business, but wanted to work in an industry that was emotionally rewarding. I have a passion for basketball and dogs, and I chose to pursue a career with dogs. Working with what you love can change your entire life.

What is the best part of owning a pet care facility?

The best part of owning a pet care facility is watching the joy in the dogs and my staff. I strive to create a great experience for the dogs and my employees. I believe creating a worry free experience for dog owners in extremely fulfilling.

What are your goals for the future?

In the future I plan to expand to a full service facility, including dog boarding, daycare, training and grooming. I want my company to become a one-stop shop for dog owners, and also open additional locations.

What was your favorite part of your time at Seton Hall?

My favorite part of attending Seton Hall was the family atmosphere. I developed friendships that will last a lifetime.

How did your experiences at SHU help you in your professional endeavors?

Everything I did and learned as a scholarship athlete transfers into tremendous assets in my business and personal endeavors. Working together as a team, time management, hard work and dedication are a few qualities I apply to my career.

Do you have any advice for alumni who want to change career paths?

My advice to alumni is to search within yourself to find your true passion, do your research and do not be afraid to follow your dream.
