Matt BarrettoDr. Matt Barretto speaks at Seton Hall on Thursday March 14, 2013 (12:30-1:45 p.m. in the Main Lounge) as part of the SHU President's Advisory Council Distinguished Lecture series. 

Matt A. Barreto is an Associate Professor in political science at the University of Washington. He is the director of both (WISER) and the annual Washington Poll. He specializes in Latino and immigrant voting behavior, and teaches courses on Racial and Ethnic Politics, Latino Politics, Voting and Elections, Statistics, and American Politics at UW. His work has been published in many peer reviewed journals. He is the author of the book, Ethnic Cues: The role of shared ethnicity in Latino political behavior.
