Strategic Influencing for Leaders: Powerful Tools to Gain Support for Your Proposals

Leaders exert influence all day, every day. Whether you're seeking resources for a project, managing client expectations, recruiting and motivating employees, partnering with colleagues, or seeking support for your initiatives, leaders need to effectively influence and gain support. Learn to lead well and get what you want using the "3 C's" Influencing Method: Convince, Collaborate, and Create, developed by Lee E. Miller, a Harvard-trained senior human resources executive and acclaimed author.

Put your new skills to work immediately through hands-on, interactive exercises. Together, we will analyze different situations and design appropriate strategies to achieve our goals and maximize outcomes. Practice building consensus within and across teams, and exercising subtle influence, without resistance. At the end of this course, you will understand the roles of anchoring, legitimacy, desire, persuasion, and consensus in successful influencing strategies.

Take the reins with this innovative and systematic new approach to leading and influencing others. Register for Session I or register for both Sessions I and II to receive special pricing!
