UPDATE: THIS EVENT HAS BEEN CANCELLED.

Footsteps of the SaintsThe Department of Catholic Studies, the School of Theology, and the History Department are pleased to present In the Footsteps of the Saints: Italy. This 3-credit course/trip will take place June 6-22, 2013. We’re excited to now offer this program at a reduced rate of $3500. We hope you join us for this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity!

A particular focus of the trip this year will be one of the most pivotal turning points in world history: the 1,700th anniversary of Constantine’s Edict of Milan, which ended the Roman persecution of the Church and legalized Christianity.

The program includes trips to Milan, Pisa, Assisi, and Rome, touring museums and sites (including the Vatican Museums/Sistine Chapel and Scavi tour beneath St. Peter’s), and attending the Pope’s weekly audience.

The trip costs $3500. The fee includes round-trip airfare between Newark and Italy, hotel accommodations, all land transportation, all admissions fees to museums and sites, all tips for drivers and tour guides, breakfast and evening meals each day, and side/day trips.

The course satisfies undergraduate Catholic Studies, Theology, History, Honors, Religion, and Core requirements, as well as graduate Theology and History requirements. The 3-credit course is not required for participation in this trip. Tuition is a separate cost from the travel package. Financial help may be available for Foreign Study.

This program is supported by the Center for Catholic Studies at Seton Hall University. Competitive Catholic Studies Scholarships are available for Catholic Studies majors, minors, or certificate students. For more information, click here!
