The Stillman School’s team of Thomas Mazzeo, a senior finance major,
and MBA students Jason Marshall, Lindsey Puliti and Rachel Rasmussen has
advanced to the “Final Four” of the CFA Institute’s Research Challenge!
“Team Stillman” will take on teams from Fordham University, Montclair
State University and Pace University in the final round of the New York
Regional Challenge, scheduled for Monday, March 4th.
This annual educational initiative promotes best practices in equity
research through hands-on mentoring and intensive training in company
analysis and presentation skills.
Additionally, all participants are introduced to and held to the
standard of the CFA Institute Code of Ethics and Standards of
Student teams from 18 universities in the New York Region
participated in the first round of the competition. Teams presented
their analysis of the subject company, Microsoft Corporation, to a panel
of Wall Street experts. Competitors included Columbia University,
Fairfield University and Rutgers University.
