Seton Hall > News & Events

Benjamin GoldfrankDr. Benjamin Goldfrank recently returned from Mexico. It was not however, the white sandy beaches that lured him to cross the border, but the opportunity to deliver a series of talks on his current research interest, citizen participation in Latin American government. Dr. Goldfrank notes the highlight of his trip as his presentation for the Municipal Government of San Pedro Garza Garcia in Monterrey, the richest city in Latin America. This keynote address at the First International Congress on Citizen Participation and Participatory Budgeting was entitled, "Improving the Chances of Success of Participatory Budgeting: A Comparative Analysis."
