Critical Negotiating Skills for Women: Capitalizing on Your Unique Strengths

Learn how to accomplish your goals in the professional world by utilizing successful negotiating techniques. This program is specifically designed for women to excel in a world primarily dominated by men. You will learn how gender differences impact negotiations and avoid the most common mistakes made by women. Understand the elements of successful negotiations, like anchoring and legitimacy, and put them to work for you. Discover your individual negotiating style through highly interactive class sessions. Improve your real-world skills with practical examples and in-class negotiations.

Lee E. Miller, a graduate of Harvard Law School and Managing Director of will teach you everything that you need to know about negotiating. Based on Miller’s acclaimed book A Woman’s Guide to Successful Negotiating, this course teaches the "3 Cs": Convince, Collaborate and Create. Unlike the usual training, this method builds on women’s unique skills and capabilities. We will provide specific tools that you can apply to both rare and everyday negotiations.
