Group fitness classes are a popular and fun way to infuse fitness in the workday. Seton Hall’s Athletics department provides a variety of group fitness classes from Zumba to BLT (no, not bacon, lettuce & tomato – BLT stands for butt, legs & thighs). With over 15 group fitness classes to choose from during lunch hour and after work, we hope to make physical activity enjoyable and accessible for our employees.
