Needs Assessment GACDUpon their return from an inspirational summer in Ghana working on rural development issues, Whitehead School alumni David McCoy, M.A. '07, and Christina Perelli, M.A. '07, found themselves struck by an undeniable need to not only stay engaged with their host communities, but to continue to give voice to their struggles and help promote their triumphs. This summer, four years and one new international NGO later, David and Christina returned to Ghana to reconnect with their organization's country director, complete needs assessments, and assure the people of Sikama and Klave that they have not been forgotten.
