Join us on Saturday, November 6, 2010 for a public lecture by Jeffrey Morrow Ph.D., about why the Eucharist is the "source and summit of the Christian life" and what this means for our spiritual life.
Where does this idea come from, and how is it rooted in the teaching of Jesus and the Church? How do we live a Eucharistic spirituality in our daily lives, with our families and at work? This lecture will address these questions from Scripture and the Church's Tradition, as illuminated by Pope John Paul II's final papal encylical, Ecclesia de Eucharistia.
Jeffrey Morrow, Ph.D., teaches a wide range of courses in Catholic theology at Immaculate Conception Seminary. His research focuses on the history of biblical
interpretation and theological exegesis.
