Monday, March 22 - Thursday, April 8, 2010
Seton Hall has again been invited to participate in the 2010 Great Colleges to Work for program, sponsored by the Chronicle of Higher Education, for the second year. The program is modeled after Fortune magazine's popular Best Places to Work issue, with one key difference - there is no ranking of institutions, but rather recognition of institutions of higher education that have created great workplaces.
The results of the survey will help the Administration understand what is working well and where we must make improvements. Our support of this survey emphasizes Seton Hall's strong belief that you are a vital partner in helping us sustain a vibrant and successful workplace.
To ensure the confidentiality of your responses, the Chronicle has partnered with Modern Think, a leading research and consulting firm specializing in organizational culture and workplace practices. The information that we receive from Modern Think cannot be traced to the survey response of any individual.
Please watch your inbox the week of 22 March 2010 for an invitation and instructions on how to access the survey. Participation is entirely voluntary. If you have any questions, please contact Susan Basso, associate vice president for human resources, at (973) 761-9621 or Susan.Basso@shu.edu.
