While there are many events for professionals to discuss their careers, few of these opportunities speak to the importance of engaging in activities outside of work. At this event, executive panelists will share personal experiences on how they achieved career success as a result of involvement in groups and activities beyond their job responsibilities.

Blumenfeld is the executive director of Global Advisors on Smokefree Policy (GASP), a nonprofit seeking to educate and promote tobacco-free lives. She is also director of GASP's Policy & Legal Resource Center. Blumenfeld has more than 20 years experience in tobacco control advocacy and the law.
As executive vice president at Enhernet Corp., Diana is driving the company's growth strategy. He is an organizational leader with 27 years of experience. Diana has managed start-ups and large organizations and also has considerable experience raising capital, building organizations and defining business models.
NJ Attorney General Dow, one of the first Cabinet appointments announced by Governor Christopher Christie, served as the Essex County prosecutor since 2003. Her six-year tenure in Essex County was marked by improved organization, the county's highest criminal conviction rate since 2000, and a host of successful prosecutions that took dangerous street gangs, drug-dealing operations and other violent criminals off the streets.
Graber joined Bollinger in 2001 when her family's independent insurance brokerage firm, the Robert E. Linnett Agency, merged with Bollinger. She has more than 20 years of professional experience and is currently managing director of Bollinger's Personal Insurance Division, which services the insurance needs of more than 50,000 individuals and families throughout the tri-state area.
After a 20-year career in various financial roles with HSBC Bank USA, N.A., Columbia Bank, Renaissance Economic Development Corporation in Chinatown and the U.S. Small Business Administration, Smith currently serves as founder for the Board of Advisors women's networking group. She most recently served three years as chairman for the Passaic County Workforce Investment Board.
