The John C. Whitehead School of Diplomacy and International Relations will celebrate The Honorable Frank C. Carlucci's distinguished record of public service at its:

Thursday, December 3 at
The New York Public Library


The Honorable Frank C. Carlucci

CarlucciFrank Carlucci was U.S. secretary of defense from November 1987 through January 1989, following his service as assistant to the president for national security affairs under President Ronald Reagan. Ambassador Carlucci's prior career in government service included posts as deputy secretary of defense; deputy director of central intelligence; and ambassador to Portugal, among others. He served as an officer in the U.S. Navy. Read more »

Leadership GalaThe Whitehead School's Global Leadership Gala honors individuals who have demonstrated outstanding leadership in international careers. This black tie event draws a crowd of over 250 guests for an evening of fine dining and dancing to raise funds that allow the Whitehead School to offer programming opportunities including the World Leader's Forum.
