Mirabella Elected President of Research Association Seton Hall > News & Events Monday, November 9, 2009 by: Roseanne Mirabella, Ph.D. Roseanne Mirabella, Ph.D., Associate Professor of Political Science, was elected President of the premier association for researchers on nonprofit organizations and civil society in North America. The Association for Research on Nonprofit Organizations and Voluntary Action (ARNOVA) is a leading interdisciplinary community of people dedicated to fostering through research and education, the creation, application and dissemination of knowledge on nonprofit organizations, philanthropy, civil society and voluntary action. Mirabella's election brings with it a four year term, one as President-Elect, two as President, and one as Past-President. She will begin her term of office at the close of the membership meeting at the end of November 2009 in Cleveland.
