IT Summer Maintenance Window
Seton Hall > News & Events

SUMMARY:  This is a reminder that the 2009 summer IT maintenance on networks and servers will take place from Saturday, August 8 at 12:01 a.m. through Sunday, August 16 at 11:59 p.m.  While most systems will be available most times, please be advised that some interruptions to IT services will occur during this time.  Please plan your work accordingly.

As previously announced, University IT Services has established set maintenance times for all IT systems.  These times are:  each Sunday morning from 12:01 AM through 7:00 AM; each winter during the week between Christmas and New Year's; and, each summer between the end of the last summer session and start of Law School orientation.  Whenever possible University IT Services will schedule system maintenance, upgrades, and replacements during these maintenance times.

This summer's maintenance for IT systems will begin on Saturday, August 8 at 12:01 a.m. and end Sunday, August 16 at 11:59 p.m.

During this maintenance most IT systems will be available most of the time.  However, some interruptions to IT services will occur during this period while work is being performed on campus networks and servers.  University IT Services will alert the University community whenever a particular system will be out of service for an extended amount of time during this period.
