Upperclass 09-10 Housing Application Process Begins Feb 2
Seton Hall > News & Events

Current students who wish to participate in Room Lottery must deposit & submit their housing application online between February 2-20.

Apply for housing »

Before a student can apply for 2009-2010 housing they must:

  • First, clear any registration hold on their account. The system will not allow an application to be submitted if there is a registration hold.
  • Second, submit a Continuing Student Room Reservation Deposit. The deposit of $325 can be paid online or in-person in Bayley Hall. It will be applied to the overall cost of a room and is refundable should a student change their mind and submit a Housing Assignment Cancellation Form prior to May 31.
  • Third, submit a housing application online via the My Housing Module in Pirate Net.  If a student desires to participate in Room Selection during April, (which means to have priority points calculated and to receive a lottery number) he or she must submit the deposit and application between February 2 - 20, 2009.

Students who deposit and apply after February 20 will automatically be depositing to the wait list and will not be eligible to participate in the Room Selection process in April.

Housing & Residence Life will provide detailed information and instructions on Room Selection to those students who have deposited and applied on time, via their SHU e-mail account during the week of February 23.
