Class of 2012For more than 20 years, the Pre-Medical/Pre-Dental Plus Program (PMPDPP) at Seton Hall University has produced a number of physicians, dentists, and other health related professionals. This year, we welcome our newest class of future healthcare professionals, the PMPDPP Class of 2012.

On June 22nd, nine Pre-Medical/Pre-Dental Plus Program students started on a journey that would soon change their lives. Recognizing the dedication and sacrifice needed to become healthcare professionals, those students willingly exchanged their beach-filled summer days for a glimpse into the college experience. They briefly said goodbye to friends and family and began to walk down the path to becoming doctors. Over a seven week period, each student was faced with several challenges, however, through their hard work, determination, and faith each student was able to successfully meet the goals and expectations of the program. To this, we are proud to say congratulations to the PMPDPP Class of 2012 for their efforts and accomplishments. You have each displayed to us that you have the tools and abilities to become successful health care professionals.

The Pre-Medical/Pre-Dental Plus Program (PMPDPP) is committed to the education of historically underrepresented high school students who are seeking an undergraduate education to prepare for study in a medical, veterinary, dental or other health related field, as well as graduate level programs which lead to such careers.
