Joseph A. Unanue Latino Institute: Rumba 2016!

Rumba 2016

On October 19, the Institute held its annual gala/fundraiser Rumba 2016! at the New York Athletic Club in New York, NY. It was a beautiful evening of friendship, dancing and memorable remarks by some of the nation's most influential Latino leaders. We honored Lillian Rodriguez Lopez, V.P. of Sustainability and Customer PAC Support of The Coca-Cola Company; Eduardo Martinez, President and CEO of The UPS Foundation; and Bernie Williams, New York Yankees Legend. With them, we celebrated the vision of the Joseph A. Unanue Latino Institute, which Martinez acknowledged as one, "to empower our next leaders with the skills they will need in the future."
