Training and Organizational Development, within the Department of Human Resources, recognizes the value of life-long learning.  We seek to enhance and enrich Seton Hall University by developing the skills of the individual performer.

Workshops and seminars, designed for specific audiences serve supervisory and non-supervisory administrative personnel as well as secretarial and support staff.  Our programs seek to increase knowledge, improve performance, and enhance learning on both a personal and professional level.
