A person holding house keys in the palm of their hand.Seton Hall University has partnered with Places4Students.com, a company specializing in providing academic institutions with off-campus housing solutions. Places4Students.com offers new and improved rental property listing services for students, landlords and members of Seton Hall's community.

Places4Students.com simplifies the process for students to search for off-campus housing accommodations near the university with a user-friendly website and mobile app (available for both Apple and Android devices). Landlords and property managers can now advertise their rental vacancies directly to students. A link from the Department of Housing and Residence Life webpage brings the viewer directly to the dedicated page for Seton Hall University. Once there, students have access to everything from rental and sublet listings, finding roommates, message boards, to other related services.
