All full-time students* are automatically enrolled in the student health insurance plan.
*Undergraduate: 12 credits/semester; Graduate: 9 credits/semester
If you are covered under another plan and would like to request an exemption, you must electronically submit a waiver form. This process can only be done online and deadlines apply. International students are not eligible to submit an insurance waiver. Please see below.

Part-time students in their final semester are eligible for coverage. If you are a part-time student in your final semester and would like to request insurance coverage, please complete the Insurance Request Form. Directions for submission are on the form.
