The College of Education and Human Services and Alumni Relations invite you to the Sixth Annual Spring Alumni Reception and Awards Ceremony to honor the recipients of the Hanbury Alumni Mission Award and the Schreitmueller Faculty Servant Leader Award.
This year, the Hanbury Alumni Mission Award will be presented to Christine Baker, Ph.D. '90, Clinical Director of the Metro Regional Diagnostic and Treatment Center at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center. Gerard Babo, Ed.D. '01, Associate Professor in the Department of Education Leadership, Management and Policy, will receive the Schreitmueller Faculty Servant Leader Award.
The Hanbury Mission Award recognizes an alumnus/na from the College of Education and Human Services who embodies the passion for service that Reverend Monsignor Kevin Hanbury '68, M.D.M.'75/Ed.S. '79/Ed.D. '85 had throughout his life. Monsignor. Hanbury modeled a life committed to service with his drive to care, nurture, and empower those who were challenged or in need.
The Schreitmueller Faculty Servant Leader Award, named after Dr. Henry Schreitmueller, former Associate Professor in the Department of Professional Psychology & Family Therapy, is presented to a faculty member who demonstrates outstanding service to the college through dedicated years of teaching, mentoring and leadership.
