Justin M AndersonThird Faculty Retreat, Authenticity and Grace: Corridors of the Heart
February 04, 2014
Directed by Dr. Justin Anderson

Authenticity is a near synonym of transparency. When one meets an authentic person, one meets the heart of the person. During this retreat we will seek to unlock not only personal authenticity as a corridor of the heart, but how it is that God’s grace also travels the corridors of our hearts. Thus, authenticity becomes not only a sign of the heart of the person, but also through her/him, a way we encounter the living God.

Justin M. Anderson, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor of Christian Ethics in the School of Theology. He earned both his Ph.D. and M.Phil. from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (Louvain).
