For the past 26 years, Seton Hall University’s International Institute for Clergy Formation
has offered top-notch continuing education programs for priests across the United States, Canada and other English speaking countries. Our annual week-long Institutes have consistently received high praise and recommendations because of their unique focus upon Scripture, pastoral ministry, preaching and spirituality. Kimberly Mailley, assistant director of the Institute, and I have the distinct honor of continuing this time-tested tradition pioneered by Msgr. Andrew Cusack, and promoted by my predecessors, Msgr. James Choma and Msgr. Joseph Reilly.
In 2012, we are offering each of our sessions in a different location: in January, we will be in Scottsdale, AZ (outside Phoenix); our summer Institutes will be held in Belleville, IL (outside St. Louis), and two weeks in Long Branch on the New Jersey coast.
The aim of the International Institute for Clergy Formation
continues to be the same: to keep us faithful and passionate about our calling to "consecrate our lives to God for the salvation of his people and to unite ourselves more closely every day to Christ the High Priest, who offered himself for us to the Father as a perfect sacrifice" (Rite of Ordination).
I hope you consider joining us for another wonderful year of continuing formation and fraternal connections.
Blessings upon your ministry!
Your Brother,Albert Haase, OFM
