Safety and Security
Main Campus Gate

The safety of our students is one of Seton Hall's top priorities. We aim to provide a safe campus environment and foster responsibility, values and consideration for others.

Seton Hall University's 58-acre campus is a self-contained community. Access to the campus can be gained only via security-staffed gates at each end of campus, or entering a pedestrian gate requiring a Seton Hall ID card.

The Department of Public Safety & Security is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week to ensure a safe campus environment. Seton Hall is a very close-knit community, and our students, employees and administration create an environment that is both safe and welcoming.
