Evangelista CPA, CVA, co-managing members of Frazer, Evangelista and Company, will be honored at Seton Hall University's 12th annual Entrepreneur Hall of Fame Induction Dinner on September 27. This is the first time the Hall of Fame has honored a husband and wife team of entrepreneurs.

In a successful partnership, Ralph and Marylee are owners of the certified public accounting and consulting firm, Frazer, Evangelista & Company, LLC. The firm provides a full range of accounting, auditing, tax and forensic advisory services for a diverse clientele, including closely held businesses and high net worth individuals. Ralph has directed numerous engagements involving forensic accounting, fraud investigation, financial and operational analysis and commercial damage assessment.

Ralph, who also teaches forensic accounting at the Stillman School, runs the firm's East Brunswick office. Marylee oversees its New Brunswick base. Ralph became an entrepreneur in 1991, founding Evangelista & Associates. Marylee joined the Warren L. Frazer CPA firm after graduating from The College of New Jersey. She was offered partnership just seven years later and the firm eventually became known as Frazer, Evangelista & Company. The two firms merged in 2009.

The couple has always been active in professional and community organizations. For example, Marylee served as the first woman president of the New Brunswick Kiwanis Club and Ralph is currently on the Board of Directors of the Better Business Bureau of New Jersey and serves on the NJCPA Professional Conduct Committee. Additionally, they each are members of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Abe Kasbo, founder and CEO of Verasoni Worldwide as well as executive-producer and director of the award-winning documentary "The Arab-Americans," is also being inducted.
