In order to apply to Seton Hall University as a transfer student, you can submit an online application or mail a print application to the University.


Brief Overview of Applying to Seton Hall University as a Transfer Student

Full Details

  1. Obtain an Application
  2. Choose a Major
  3. Submit Official Secondary School Transcript (Note: Only needed if fewer than 24 college level credits have been earned - does not include developmental or ESL classes)
  4. Submit Official Copy  of All Post-Secondary Schools (Official Credential evaluation needed for any international credit)


  5. Submit Official Copy of your SAT I or ACT Scores (Note: Only needed if fewer than 24 college level credits have been earned-does not include developmental or ESL classes.)
  6. Pay the Application Fee. There is no fee for online applications.
  7. Submit your Application by June 1 (Fall Semester) or December 1 (Spring Semester)

Seton Hall uses a rolling admissions process. Applications are accepted and reviewed on an ongoing basis beginning in early January for the fall semester and early November for the spring semester.
